French photographer V I v i a n e (b. 1978) is graduated from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure de la Photographie (ENSP, Arles) in 2002. She travelled to Mali to work for the African Photography festival in Bamako (2001-2003). Back in France she refined her approach while working at the Fondation HCB in Paris where she set up the print archive of Henri Cartier-Bresson since 1920. Then she was hired by the Magnum-Photos Agency where she worked on editing the photographer's archives.

Since 2005, she works as a freelance photographer in Southeast Asia .
